This is an interactive prayer pillow - untie the bow and say a prayer as you knot the embroidery floss, binding the prayer to the pillow. You can add a single knot, add multiple knots with multiple prayers or tie a knot & then retie the bow.
Dimensions: 5 x 5 inches at widest points
This patchwork prayer pillow is machine-pieced and finished by hand. The printed fabric image is sewn with raw edges. A tiny wood, heart button is attached with 6-stranded embroidery floss allowing you to bind a prayer to the pillow. A piece of eyelet lace anchors the image.

What is a prayer pillow?
My prayer pillows feature imagery / scripture / positive messages & are designed to showcase the beauty of the bible and our relationship with God. I have designed them to be interactive so as to engage you on multiple levels with prayer - you can hear your prayer as you speak it, you can feel your prayer as you bind it & you can see your prayer each time you look at the pillow.
Do you use adhesives?
No. My pillows are adhesive-free
Are the pillows washable?
No. I do not recommend washing the pillow. The printed images are water-resistant but are not waterproof.
Are the pillows suitable as a child's toy?
No. My pillows are adorned with small buttons. I make every effort to securely attach the buttons, but my prayer pillows are meant for decoration only and are not meant to be toys for young children who may put the pillow in their mouth.
Will my pillow fray?
Yes. Many of the elements I construct my pillows with have raw edges and will fray. This gives the pillow a soft, worn look & represents our imperfection surrounded by the beauty of God's word.
